Seating Allowances:

Theater seating (chairs in a row).......................................6 sq ft/person

Classroom seating (tables and chairs in a row)...................6 sq ft/person

Banquet seating (Oblong/Rectangular)...............................8 sq ft/person

Round tables seating 10....................................................10 sq ft/person

 

Additional Allowances:

Dance area......................................................................2-4 ft/person

Bar area..........................................................................100 sq ft

Buffet area (per table)......................................................100 sq ft

Piano, spinet....................................................................50 sq ft

Piano, grand....................................................................100 sq ft

Band...............................................................................100 sq ft

 

Allowances are approximate. Most tents can be set up on ground, gravel, asphalt and in some cases cement.  Call our rental center for assistance in determining specific needs for your event.  Consultation is available at no charge.
